Ms.Sindhu shrii is an RCI-recognized Clinical Psychologist and psychotherapist with 5 years of clinical experience. She is also a recipient of the Gold Medal in M.Phil. Clinical Psychology, committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate, and client-centered psychological care.

She has completed Level 1 training in Schema-Focused Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy, and integrates these approaches to help clients better understand their emotions, relationships, and long-standing patterns. Her areas of specialization include working with individuals experiencing personality vulnerabilities, attachment difficulties, and complex interpersonal challenges.

As part of the Perinatal Mental Health Team, she supports individuals through various stages of the reproductive journey, offering preconception counselling and working with concerns related to infertility, IVF, pregnancy, postpartum depression, and anxiety. She also facilitates group therapy programs for postpartum mothers, fostering connection, shared learning, and emotional support during the transition to parenthood.

In addition to her clinical work, she actively contributes to the academic initiatives of her organization by organizing internal reflective discussions and coordinating expert talks to promote evidence-based practice and continuous learning. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process and strives to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.
