As a community mental health centre, we aim to provide high quality and sustainable care to everyone. Therefore, we are mindful to dedicate protected time for you and work purely based on appointments. Please help us in making this a smooth process for all of us.
Payment
- All applicable payments should be made while booking your appointments with the respective clinicians. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the payment is made.
- The consultation charges vary across our clinicians based on their expertise and experience. Hence, the consultation fee is dependent on the consulting clinician.
- Fees may be different for initial assessment sessions and for subsequent therapy sessions. If in doubt, please clarify with your clinician.
- All our clinicians offer a sliding scale depending on availability of their low fee slots.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
Our cancellation and refund policy aims to ensure consistency in care by establishing a time commitment between you and our clinicians.
