CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST & PSYCHOTHERAPIST
She is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with clinical training of over two
years. She has completed MPhil in Clinical Psychology at the National Institute of Mental Health
and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru. She has been trained in Level I Mentalization-
based treatment by Prof. Anthony Bateman which focuses on helping individuals with
personality difficulties. She has also been trained in Couples and Family therapy by The Bower
Place, Australia. She works with couples and families who require support in improving their
communication skills and rebuilding their relationships. Additionally, she has also acted as a lead
clinical psychologist in COVID-Rehabilitation Center to cater to the neuropsychological and
mental health challenges of individuals who have undergone long standing symptoms of
COVID-19.
She believes in understanding individuals and their needs. She also strongly feels clients and
therapists come together to build a safe and warm relationship which acts as a secure ground for
clients to work on their difficulties. Her areas of interest include attachment-based and emotion-
focused therapy, marital and family therapy and personality profiling. She also works with
elderly patients with neurological conditions through neuropsychological assessment. She has a
rich experience in rehabilitating them to enhance their cognition and increase their autonomy.
Currently, she is leading in curating the pathway for assessing adults with ADHD. She believes
that psychotherapy is a dynamic process and actively works on upskilling her areas of interests.
