Ms. Apoorva Shetty is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with over seven years of clinical experience working with adults and couples across diverse mental health settings. Her practice is grounded in emphasizing warmth, collaboration, and process driven care. She has completed Level II training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Advanced Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) training. In addition, she has received basic training in Couples and Family Therapy through the Bower Place, Australia.

Her areas of specialization include working with individuals experiencing personality vulnerabilities, attachment difficulties, and complex interpersonal challenges. She works with couples to strengthen emotional bonds, improve empathic communication, and rebuild trust within relationships.

Her previous experience includes serving as the primary Clinical Psychologist in establishing a COVID Rehabilitation Centre for individuals experiencing cognitive and emotional sequelae following COVID-19. She also has experience in neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation for older adults with neurological conditions, supporting cognitive functioning, and quality of life.

Currently, she is involved in comprehensive assessment of Adult ADHD, with a focus on person-centered diagnostic practices. She additionally runs a group for family members of individuals diagnosed with borderline personality vulnerabilities. She believes that empathic care and a trusting therapeutic bond are at the heart of meaningful growth.
