Shobika Srinivasan is a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)-licensed Clinical Psychologist with over two years of intensive supervised clinical training from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). She works with adults experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, identity and esteem, attachment ruptures, emotional and relational difficulties, and trauma-related impact.
She has received foundational training in trauma-informed psychotherapy and adopts an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to each individual's unique experiences and needs. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centred, emotion-focused principles and trauma-informed care, creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood.
She views therapy as a collaborative process of slowing down, reflecting, and reconnecting with a sense of self that feels authentic and meaningful. She is deeply interested in how relationships, attachment experiences, family dynamics, culture, and broader social contexts shape our identities and emotional worlds.
She is committed to continually developing her psychotherapy skills and deepening her understanding of the field through ongoing learning, reflection, and professional growth.
