As a community mental health center, we aim to provide the high quality and sustainable care to our clients. Therefore, we are mindful to protect dedicated time for our clients and work purely based on appointments.
Payment
- All applicable payments should be made while booking your appointments with the respective clinicians. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the payment is made.
- The consultation charges vary across our clinicians based on their expertise and experience. Hence, the consultation fees is dependent on the consulting clinician.
- All our clinicians offer a sliding scale depending on availability of their low fee slots.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
Cancellation and refund policy aims to ensure the consistency in care by establishing the time commitment between clinician and the client.
Any rescheduling or cancellation request is accepted based on the time when the client requests the clinician as explained in the table.
