Dr. Ruthshee Suresh is a Consultant Psychiatrist with an MD in Psychiatry from Kasturba Medical College (Manipal University). She completed her senior residency at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS). She previously served as Consultant Psychiatrist at Schizophrenia Research Foundation (SCARF), a WHO Collaborating Centre, where she contributed to the development of a residential care facility under DEMCARES for the geriatric population and persons with dementia.

Dr. Ruthshee is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych). She has completed basic training in Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT) and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), and is UK Adult ADHD Network (UKAAN)-trained in the assessment, diagnosis, and pharmacological management of Adult ADHD.

Her clinical interests include neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma-related disorders, personality disorders, neuropsychiatry, women’s mental health, the perinatal population, working with adolescents and young adults, and the geriatric population. She believes in addressing not only symptoms but also the underlying psychological and social factors contributing to mental health challenges, helping individuals achieve meaningful and holistic well-being.
