Kizora - Adolescents Wellness Initiative

Kizora project is an initiative to build resilience in youth. The workshops aim to help adolescents improve their mental health and find a balance of mind. Our workshops involve, 
  • Involves more activity based sessions exploring our primary and secondary gradients of emotions.
  • Mindfulness, art therapy, journaling and movement are few techniques that help in awareness and as well an internal system to manage overwhelming emotions.  
Workshops – Our workshop happens once every two months and is open for adolescents from the age of 13. 
School Outreach – Kizora workshops are also done for larger school communities with an extended approach. You can write to us for further details.
